Some Clients will desire to independently edit or update their web pages
after completion of the site as a way to control costs or to instantly
make changes in-house. Your package can include a training session(s)
if needed for the individual to be responsible for updates. Even people
with no previous experience with websites can be taught in less than an
hour to make small changes.

2) Maintenance by Vibe Designz

We are available for ongoing support after the site has been launched
on an “as needed” basis. Some companies tie their clients to
contracts where clients are paying a certain amount every month for updates
even if no updates were needed that month. Our maintenance is on an ‘as
needed’ basis and is billed by the minute to help our clients control
cost.

We pride ourselves in our sensitivity to our clients’ needs and timelines,
making sure updates are performed promptly to assist with the success
of the site and the business.

3) Maintenance in House, Using Our Simple CMS

The option that many of our clients choose for ease of use and simplicity
of updates is an administrative interface on their website. This allows
for constant changes to your site, such as updating products and adding/editing
photos/administering client memberships.

Through a web browser based interface, you can instantly
and independently change the information displayed on your web site with
no special programming knowledge needed. This allows any member
of the office staff that has enough knowledge to turn on a computer to
instantly update the website: a new product can be added
in about three minutes and instantly shows up in the right location on
the website.
